The conference will be held within the ARIES main campus at the Manora peak in Nainital. The exact location can be accessed from the map below.

How to Reach ARIES / Nainital:

By Air: 
Nearest Airport - Pantnagar (PGH) (70 km), New Delhi (DEL) (300 km). From PGH one can take a taxi to reach ARIES campus. It takes about 2 hours to reach the campus. From DEL both train and taxi options are available. App-based taxi services (Ola, Uber, etc.) are also available from DEL. It takes about 6 – 7 hours to reach ARIES campus. A group pickup can be arranged for international participants arriving at Delhi airport on 13th October. By Rail: 
Kathgodam is the nearest railway station - 35 Km from Nainital - which is connected by broad gauge to Delhi and Lucknow. Some important train connections from Kathgodam: Bagh Express (daily-Howrah), Ranikhet Express (daily-Delhi), Sampark Kranti Express (daily-Delhi), Shatabdi Express (daily-Delhi). Prepaid taxis are usually available outside Kathgodam station which can be hired either individually or on a shared basis to reach ARIES. The journey takes approximately an hour. A group pickup can be arranged for participants arriving at Kathgodam station on 13th October. By Road: 
ARIES, Nainital is connected by road to major centers of northern India. Some major road distances from the Institute are: Dehradun - 350 km, Delhi - 277 km, and Bareilly - 141 km.
