HiSTAR 2026 is a five-day observational astronomy school for PhD students, postdoctoral researchers, and early-career faculty. The school will combine lectures, hands-on data analysis, and telescope observations at the ARIES, Nainital. The programme is intended primarily for researchers from the Himalayan and adjoining northern regions of India.
