ARIES, Nainital

HiSTAR 2026 will be held at the Aryabhatta Research Institute of Observational Sciences (ARIES) in Uttarakhand. ARIES hosts major optical and infrared astronomical facilities and provides an appropriate environment for practical training in observational astronomy.

Participants will have the opportunity to become familiar with the observatory environment and, depending on the programme, participate in observations with relevant facilities.
