Abstract

Open clusters are very useful in understanding the stellar formation and dynamical evolution in the Milky Way Galaxy. I will present the photometric and kinematic study of open clusters SAI 44 and SAI 45 using BVRI bands data supplemented with Gaia eDR3 and 2MASS data. We determined the physical parameters of these clusters using member stars identified through robust membership calculation. The colour-magnitude diagram (CMD) of SAI 45 host extended main-sequence turnoff (eMSTO). We studied eMSTO in detail and found that the differential rotation rate of stars in eMSTO is the main reason behind the origin of eMSTO in CMD of SAI 45. We found that the clusters are dynamically relaxed and show the signature of mass segregation. We also studied the kinematics of the clusters. The details will be presented in the talk.
